Our store delivers products via Yamato Transport .

2. Delivery Area

We deliver to all areas of Japan.
*Delivery times may be longer than usual in some remote islands and mountainous areas.
*We do not ship overseas.

3. Shipping Fees

Free shipping for orders over 15,000 yen.
If the amount is less than this, the following shipping charges will be applied:

  • Nationwide flat rate: 650 yen (tax included)

4. Shipping Timing

Once your order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days .

*May vary depending on the item*For bank transfer and convenience store payment, items will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.

5. Check delivery status

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number .
You can check the delivery status using Yamato Transport's tracking service.

6. Shipping Notes

  • If the item is returned due to an extended absence or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for re-shipment.

  • Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
