Q. Can I return products?
Yes, it is possible. However, this is only possible if the product is found to be damaged upon delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

The order confirmation email may have been sent to your spam folder, so please check there. If you have not received the email in your spam folder, there may be an error in the email address you entered.

Yes, you can. There are some credit cards that cannot be used, so please check when purchasing.

Q. Can I change the payment method even after purchasing a product?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method after the product has been purchased. Please make sure to check your payment method in advance to ensure there are no mistakes.

Q. How long does it take for the product to arrive at my home after purchase?
Generally, we ship the next day after receiving your order, so we should be able to deliver your order within 3 days.

Q. Is there a shipping charge?
At our store, shipping is free for purchases totaling 10,000 yen or more (excluding consumption tax). For purchases under 10,000 yen, a flat shipping fee of 650 yen will be charged.

Q. Can I choose the delivery company?
Unfortunately, our store does not allow customers to choose the delivery company.
