Q. How long does it take for the product to arrive at my home after purchase?
Some items can be shipped as soon as the next day, but this varies depending on the item, so if you would like to know the delivery date in advance, please contact us.
Q. Is there a shipping charge?
Our store offers free shipping for purchases totaling 15,000 yen or more. For purchases under 15,000 yen, a flat shipping fee of 650 yen will be charged.
Q. Can I choose the delivery company?
Unfortunately, our store does not allow customers to choose the delivery company.

Q. Can I return products?
Yes, it is possible. However, this is only possible if the product is found to be damaged upon delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
